the drums sound a lot better, good job on the eq. in fact, the entire mix sounds better. riffs sound pretty cool, though the leads could use some more clarity. i liked the 1:56 part, a good contrast and adds some variation. not bad, keep up the good work \m/

Even though I breezed through all the guitar parts, the drums were a major concern this time around. And yes, thank you for your opinion of the lead, since now that I listen to it, it is muddled, mostly because I kept strings ringing our after they were strummed.

I came up with the 1:56 part for a stupid giggle, but does seem appropriate for contrast, I should've made it longer. Thanks again due, you rock, and your work is 10x better. \m/

just like bad man said - panning your tracks will give any song a whole other dimension. this song has a couple of really interesting passages, and it all sounds pretty good. but i'd probably try to bring out the drums slightly. they feel a bit drowned in the mix. spend some time with this tune, and it'll turn out fucking incredible \m/

The reason the drums are drowned out is because I forgot to turn the volume up on those bad boys. It was only one step, but I suppose it makes all the difference, huh? Anyways, thanks for the criticism! I really look foward to more.

first of all - don't listen to that asshole, he has no idea of what he's talking about. like most whiny idiots. i got to admit, you got some pretty interesting stuff going on here. the song pretty much kicks you in the face from start to finish, and i fucking love it. i like the riffs, brutal and pretty insane haha.

vocals are pretty cool, i like your style. a couple of issues with the timing, as the retard below me so kindly pointed out, but it doesn't really take anything away from the song in my opinion. drums sound nice as well, they complement the brutality with even more badassery, haha.

all in all, i really like what you've got going on here. a bit unpolished, but still pretty fucking awesome. you should try to make a couple of cool leads in the future, and work a bit on your timing with the vocals. keep up the good work man \m/

You're freaking beast, sir. Not only for giving me a 10, which I have a drought of high ratings recently. I can't beleiive that I've only been playing for 2 years,and I've already got stuff that's considered 'interesting' to the great Schlief lol.

I'm so stoked that I was able to actually do vocals, but I think that my music would be better if you did my vocals for me anyways.

Well polish is scarce in my lovely abode, but I guess this makes my submissions raw lol. I will work on making some more cooler leads in the future! Thank you so much, you're awesome.

About the timing..
for some reason, when recording a new layer it offsets the latest track a smidget from the previous one so I have to actually guess 'n clip to get it to line up.
Unless you mean the general playing.. that could be fixed with a metronome, but alas, I am too lazy. The main track, solo, and bass were all 1-attempt recordings as well.
