greatness

excellent riffs, and great sound. the vocals were good in overall, though i think there could have have been more power in the chorus, if you know what i mean. oh, and as a proud swede, i can inform you that its pronounced kind of like myawlner, and is spelled mjölner, here in sweden, if that was interesting. sorry, couldnt help myself =p. great tune nonetheless, keep rocking \m/

KitsuMech responds:

Well I guess I was close enough to what it should be pronounced. Despite language barriers and all.

Thank you for the kind words and the pronunciation lesson. |m|

i bit unpolished, but i really liked the riffs, excellent sound. just needs some improvement at a couple of places and it would be extreme. i'm pretty interested in this song, and i see that you are intrested in vocals. i might not be the greatest singer, but check my work and contact me if its what your looking for

not bad

unfortunately you cant get that heavy sound needed for a good metal song with computer-generated guitars. midi or not. all of my work is computermade as well, i try to make up for it by some singing =p. anyway, the riffs are good, even if if doesnt sound great in midi. i bet it would be excellent with real guitars. keep rocking! \m/

zerozz responds:

thanks, i like how you and some others know that midi is really what makes the song sucky

excellent

great work, all categories. i love the riffs, your guitarwork is great. i really liked the later riffs, they felt kinda... refreshing, if you know what i mean. more of this! keep rocking!

great cover, i have to say. excellent guitarwork. though it naturally need lyrics. and phater bells =p. keep rocking! \m/

speedmetalmessiah responds:

Thanks man. I'll also work on thickening up my bells.

excellent

its been a while since i heard this tune - but this is certainly just as good as the original in my ears. and like bad-man said; it screams for lyrics. keep rocking! \m/

Zyclon responds:

I doubt that but thanks dude.

interesting

perhaps not the best i've ever heard, but this is great, concidering that this is your first doom metal song. liked the vocals, and the length and slow pace gave it a rather epic feel. keep rocking! \m/

himenow responds:

Epicus Doomicus Metalicus xD
Thanks for the comment, bro ;)

great riffs, got that evil feel to it. loved the vocals as well, too much dull growling around here, so i appreciated this. keep rocking! \m/

GoreBastard responds:

Cheers for listening mate! I'm glad you liked the vocals.
There's more on the way!

interesting

now that bad-man mentioned it, your vocals kind of reminds of tom - not the tone, but the style and timing. excellent work, though i personally think that there could be some more power to it. but its great nonetheless!

Extar responds:

I do have a tendency to let the vocals sit quite far back in the mix so that could be something to think about when I'm next doing vocals. Again, comparison with Tom Araya is most flattering. Thanks for the revew!

greatness

thats evil, man! excellent riffs, and i really liked the vocals, too much growling around here. glad to see that i'm not the only one trying to 'sing' =p. great work anyway, keep rocking \m/

Extar responds:

Yeah I know what you mean about the state of vocals on this site :D Us vocalists need to stick together :D
I did approach this song more from the point of view of trying to make it a riff-fest. So it's good to see that paid off :D
Thanks for the review!
